Our dedicated experience and ongoing training mean we can give options to assist in avoiding any issues and for the most effective outcomes. We only use the Real Estate Institute of SA (REISA) contracts and proactively engage to ensure we maintain our knowledge and expertise.
Initial Inspection Report
As part of the Tenancy Induction, we outline the purpose of the Initial Inspection Report with the Tenant and their opportunity to provide their opinion. Our detailed Initial Inspection Report is backed up with literally hundreds of supporting images!
Bond Lodgement
Our Company Policy is set on ensuring the maximum bond is lodged on your behalf. A Tenant Ledger Report, Bond Lodgement Receipt and Change of Management Form will all be completed on your behalf and included in our handover pack to you.
Handover of Tenancy
At this stage our work is complete, and we hope you have loved working with us! All documents and images will be made available to you for safe keeping and future reference.
